YSB Center for Global ESG and Business Ethics
The Center plans to run, among others, the following activities:
- A multidisciplinary research seminar series on business ethics and ESG
- Organizing an International Annual symposium
- Hosting round table discussions and events with socially remarkable corporate leaders
- Collaborating with other international organizations and business ethics centers
- Conducting joint research on ESG management, internal control, and business ethics with industry leaders and organizations
Special lecture: Korean society and Kant ethics

Dr Soon-Young Park visited Yonsei School of Business on September 13th of 2016. He is a professor emeritus in the Philosophy department of College of Liberal Arts at Yonsei University. He introduced Kant Ethics to students at Yonsei School of Business, with emphasis on why ethics has to be a basis of our decision making criteria. He noted that socially controversial corporate behaviors are due to lack of ethics in corporate decision making.
