 In an interview with Korea University Graduate School Newspaper, Professor Ho-Young Lee provided comments on ESG management and social values beyond skepticism. He pointed out that the reliability of the ESG evaluation is often raised partly because of discretionary judgment in evaluating specific indicators in checklist manner and converting them into scores. Also, there are weight differences on indicators across evaluation institutions. It is predicted that the comparability of ESG information will increase as joint efforts by international initiatives have begun to reduce these differences.
