 Professor Ho-Young Lee at the center participated in the Business Ethics Research Session at the Korean Academic Society of Business Administration, summer conference as a discussant and presented a research paper. The conference was held at the Gyeongju Hwabaek International Convention Center and various topics of business ethics were discussed during the ethics session. Those topics include the effect of social ties between outside directors and insider directors on the association between CSR and firm value, Impact of ESG factors on firm value, and unethical behaviors of controlling shareholders and firm value.
