On September 25, 2020, Professor Ho-Young Lee of the Center presented a research project on [Entrepreneurship and Social Value Management of CEO IlHan Yu] held at the Avison Medical Life Research Center at Yonsei University. This seminar was also broadcasted online in real time through Youtube and was published in Maeil Business Newspaper. Professor Lee said, "Dr. Yu recognized SVM (Social Value Management) as an active investment, not a cost, and contributed to solving long-term social problems with the support of shareholders and executives." "The Millennial Generation and Generation Z are showing special interest in realizing the environmental and social values of companies," he said. "Like Dr. Yu, it is time for a paradigm shift that recognizes sustainable management as an investment."

At the age of nine, Dr. Yu started studying in the U.S. and graduated from the University of Michigan and founded the La Choy Food Company. He established Yuhan Corporation in 1926, and Yuhan became the first Korean pharmaceutical company to become a listed company in 1962. He is a proud CEO of Korea who practiced 94 years ago with a puritanical sense of duty to create economic and social values together.
