The objective of this seminar on best practices for publishing in top-tier journals is two-fold.

First, the perspective and the editorial philosophy of the International Journal of Operations and Productions Management (IJOPM), a 4-rated Journal by ABS, will be shared. As such, Professor Tobias Schoenherr will outline the types of papers and methodologies IJOPM is seeking.   

Second, he will share with the audience the lessons learned and best practices for publishing, gained through experiences from publishing more than 60 peer-reviewed papers in journals ranging from top-tier outlets, such as Management Science, Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Marketing Research, and Production & Operations Management  to lower-level journals.
